At a Shareholders' Extraordinary General Meeting held on Wednesday 30 January 2008, a motion was successfully carried that McGuigan Simeon Wines Ltd change their name to Australian Vintage Ltd.
Within the next couple of weeks, we will redirect you to our new branding and website, once the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has officially confirmed the change.
